I have a Samsung Galaxy Y phone (S5360). this phone is just over one year old and used only for phone calls and sms's. No emails, surfing the web etc. In December 2012 the phone started giving problems with the speaker where other people could not hear me. i took it in to Vigin Mobile (my service provider) in Key West. The phone took approximatley 6 weeks to repair (something that should have taken 21 days. At some stage I know the issue was with Samsung waiting for parts. I have my phone back for a short period now and suddenly I have to charge my batterty at least once a day... if i am lucky every evening but mostly after about six hours (I dont talk a lot on my phone). the phone also has very poor signal (I know it is not Virgin Mobile as my husband also makes use of Cell C/Virgin). I am so tired of running out of battery and not being able to talk in my own house. Unforutnatley I am in a telecommunications contract until Feb2014 so I am stuck with a phone that drives me crazy!!! It is no use complaining to Virgin Mobile as they will only refer the phone to Samsung.
