I had a Samsung s3, 10 months old, and the phone died and not switching on, took it to Virgin Mobile for repairs, send it away, promised me only 3 week. now its been 6 weeks and still no phone. every time i try and phone them, no one answers and then i went to canalwalk. the only thing they could say is the part needed to repair on the phone is on its way (shipping) so its been 3 weeks since that and still no phone. so i ask you how long should one wait!!! its not the way any business should run!!! so how long will i wait to hear the same old story (its on its way) cant take 3 weeks!!! VIRGIN MOBILE HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THE SHOP, DON'T PICK UP ANY CALLS, I CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE, BECAUSE THERE ARE NO SERVICE!!!
