Had Samsung Galaxy 11 cell phone fixed soon after started with contract. Same problem one year later. Virgin fetched it. Claimed it is to expensive to repair. Offered replacement HTC cell phone. Sent me a broken cell phone which was obviously returned to them by the previous owner. Virgin authorized repair of S11. It took another three weeks. They returned my S11, original problem sorted, but now the home key does not work. They removed my SD card as well.
Now they want to fetch the S11 again, but the HTC can not function as a cell phone! The superior was suppose to contact me, but no joy.
I feel that the cell phone must be replaced due to the fact that this problem started soon after I first got it. It is absolutely unacceptable to offer a faulty replacement phone!!!
