Faulty phone that wont be replaced

I received my phone on 1st March. Twice my phone has been in for "repair" but each time it comes back with the same problems. The most concerning problem is that the phone gets so hot that I worry it will burn something. The other problem is that when I charge my phone and even if I don't use it, it goes flat in 4 hours (this is without using Whatsapp or BIS). I have not been able to use my phone in 3 months. The last time I called Virgin to complain they said someone would contact me, this did not happen but the courier service did contact me to say they wanted to collect the phone to send it in for repair!! I am just going round in circles. How long do have to keep playing this ridiculous game before Virgin gets serious about treating their customers properly. When I phoned Virgin to complain I was put through twice to somebody who never answered their phone.
