Thanks to the lady that resolved my query quickly and professionally. When rating her instead of giving her a 5 out of 5 I accidentally gave her a 1. She did a good job unfortunately I have forgotten her name.
I had my sim card blocked after my phone was. I went to the Voda-World Customer Service to have sim unblocked but they did not till I phoned the Call Centre Customer Service and the lady helped me.
