Bad Service from Vodacom Staff

I have send in my phone at Vodacom world customer service on Tuesday (01-05-2013), on Friday (03-05-2013) I went to collect my phone at 12 mid-day I was there from 12 until 6 when they closed and didn't get the right phone. They exchange the phone more than three times as all the phones they gave me were faulty.
Sunday (05-05-2013) I went again to get my phone sorted and I have find out that Vodacom is changing for internet usage even though I'm on BIS, when I went to query this at Vodacom customer care a lady by the name of Siphokazi gave me attitude and ignored me she even call her family while I was still waiting at her table to be assisted, when I left the store she didn't even care as she was still busy with her family call. I went home without any assistance or clear indication of what to do.
I'm so angry I've waited 6 hours on Friday and three hours on Sunday and my query is still not resolved to my satisfaction.
Is this the kind of service customer receives from Vodacom, do you employee people like Siphokozi to give attitude to your customers?
