Inconsistent with processes

My phone was blocked in January and unblocked by call centre and only made payment the next day. Husbands phone blocked last week phoned call centre and did not know why phone was blocked and unblocked the phone. Today husbands phone blocked again, made payment of R400 as per returned debit order but when i phoned in more monies was needed. so i paid another R350. So the call centre was not prepared to unblock the phone and we had a emergency. That's nice unblock when you feel like it and when something happens you fail to deliver on customer service. Ive had it with cell c. over the last year i spent a lot of time on the phone with issues and to date none resolved, received many reference numbers and they just go and close the call without resolving the query.
I paid lots of airtime for Internet services which was not my fault and someone at the call centre configured my settings so i just had to pay. Cell c have never refunded me on any of their mistakes and the call centre agents service is bad and poor. Thanks to amanda mphasa tonight I am one unhappy client of cell c. please people use someone else cause at cell c you wont get helped just ripped of over and over again.
