FICA PROCESS A MISERY

I have on a contious basis, sent my documents through for the FICA process. no one ever seems to receive them, and when they did, thanks to the one lady who offered me her fax no to send directly to her, they all tell me the same story, documents have been sent to the fica department, and you will receive the sms once it has been done. they promise a 48 hrs turn around time, and may i say, tihs has been going on for more that 2 weeks!
it doesnt help when your card has been blocked either!
may i add that prior to that, when i first realized my card has been blocked 2 months ago, i phoned the call centre to find out, and i was told its because i missed a payment, & i have to make 2 payments before it can be unblocked! when all along it was because my card wasnt fica'd.
their call centre staff is definately clueless, and ontop of that, they tend to have a somewhat unpleasant attitude. they never want to hear your story, and they insist on telling you the same thing youve heard a million times before.regardless of whether you tell them that version hasnt helped. they all insist on doing the same thing.
they say the fica dept doesnt have a phone line, so they cant follow up!
