HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Rochelle with whom did you discuss telephonically that BOTH blackberry's have been reported? not with me so please do not type liars!!! I now @ a point of extreme frustration. Im a flight attendant by profession when i sent that email on hello peter i was NOT in the country jst as I was NOT in the country when my phone was reported not by me!!! i have been alling vodacom i have been to 3vdacom shops m till date my phone remainsBLOCKED with NO FEEDBACK or explanation from VODACOM. I have submitted all relevant document that you said would be needed from me for my phone to be unblocked. please respond soon> my phone has been blocked for a month already and it was NOT MY FAULT. What is the procedure for a phone to be blocked? Do you not need an affidavit and copy of MY ID? I have NOT reported my phone and i want it UNBLOCKED ASAP! Please fix this MESS VOdacom has created!
