Hi Guys
I seriously need your help. I have or had an Xperia V phone for about five months. After a few months my phone fell received a chip which I had no problem with it after that for about a month. Then one morning I woke up and my phone would not switch on until I charged it, however the phone would not go further than the start-up screen. So I could not get into my phone at all. The phone would only do, was go through the start-up screen then switch off and start all over again. I took my phone to a number of Vodacom shops and each one told me to take the phone to Voda World due to the problem of my phone is software. So I had to find out where Voda World is because all I got told was it is in Midrand. I battled to find Voda World in the maps even on Google maps on a phone. When I do finally find out where Voda World is, I take the long trip following all the signs that are directing me to Voda World and I end up at the wrong building. The security guard gave me directions for the right building so I can get my phone seen to. I took my phone to Voda World Customer Care Centre and they told me that my phone is going to be sent in to be repaired due to it is hard ware problem, n
