My phone was and I reported the matter. I did not have the ITC number because the box is lost. I went to a voda shop and was told there I need to call customer service. Because my phone is lost I asked to use their's, I was told that a customer had left with their phone so they have a problem giving me their phone. I was very disappointed with that because now they were assuming that I am a and would the phone. I told the gentleman that it is not a way to deal with a customer who has a problem and now you are insulting me. He told me that voda is losing phones and they are at a point were they will tell the customers to deal with their own problems. I am being denied basic customer service and being insulted. He told me that they have a telkom line and can't call customer service because the bill would be too high. I was then given a phone and told to seat in a corner where he could see me, treating me like a criminal. I called the voda insurance was told that the insurance I have doesn't even cover the cell phone I had, not the sim card and I have to pay the R300 to get the phone. I was never told this when I took the contract. I am sick of Vodacom and disappoin
