I upgraded in June and I got a Sumsung S3 on a Top Up 200. The package was suppose to be R200 Airtime, R200 SMS and R200 MB. I only receive R200 Airtime, 25 SMS, and R75 MB. First debit order was fine R347 and the second Debit order went off and it was R422. I called MtnSP, i was told that they charged me a once off payment of R105 of which i know nothing about.
