My husband called virgin moble two weeks ago regarding an upgrade. it was decided that he will get a nokia lumia . two weekd later still no phone. we called virgin mobile and they informed us the phone will be delivered this friday 19/7/2013. no one informed us that there is a problem we had a run around for days . i believed this is very poor customer services, in fact this is the worse customer experience
