My name is Mr Johnny Jacobs and i have permission from my friend to use this website. Virgin Moble phoned me in October 2013 for upgrade. They promised me a Nokia Lumia 520 for R200 per month. They told me the phone e will be deivered in 7 working days time, but nothing happened. In December 2013 they phoned me again to say that the phone will be be delivered in 7 days but again no delivery took place. Every month i pay the R200 via debit order but i do not have my Nokia Lumia 520 which i would like to have without delay.
Please investigate this serious matter.
