We have a selphone contract with virgin mobile and almost @ weeks ago I recieved a message that my blackberry service have been deactivated, I couldn't recieve emails or use my internet on the phone. We called customer care because there is no Virgin mobile in Rustenburg that is a city, we have to drive all the way to Brits that's not even a city to get some help! The customer service told me that they were offline and will be back online by Monday, it;s now Tuesday and they are still ofline.
It's only the bbm service of Virgin mobile. I didn't ask them to de activate the bbm service, they decided to upgrade the contract to some samsung pocket phone when I just wanted to know when I can upgrade, I did not give the go ahead, but they decided to do it themselves, so now my internet/bcis service is still ofline and I didn't even ask them to deactivate it!
This is really unprofessional!
