I would like to launch a complaint about the service of virgin mobile. I have struggled with an upgrade for more than 3 weeks. I did an upgrade 2 weeks before i went on leave last year my phone was suppose to be delivered to me before i left, then when i made arrangements to stay at home for another few days to wait for the phone the delivery was never logged, after all the trouble i went through with virgin mobile and the delivery company using my time and airtime i had to go collect it from their office. when i opened my package no surprise the white phone i ordered was black!!! I'm very dissipointed by the bad service i got from virgin mobile for the past 4 years i have been with them i will never take out another contract by them them. i hope you treat your other clients better. I would like to have a full feed back on this and you can go through every single recording, to prove me wrong, same goes for your delivery service. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
