I completed the internet form the 10 June on the Telkom site to move my Telkom ADSL line from Heilbron to Hoopstad, I received sms'e from Telkom confirming that they will do the installation the 10th July, I have been phoning since the 10th July enquiring when the installation will be done, and no sucses, everytime I speak to a different person, and nothing happen, when I first phone they told me the order has been cancelled and they don't know by whom or for what reason, I ask that they must reinstate the order and do the installation, everytime they said they will come back to me and no reply, I haved phone the Telkom number 10210 on the following dates 10/07 twice, 12/07 and 16/07. When I phone yesterday and ask to log a complaint and I want to speak to a manger, not even that happen, I couldn't speak to a manager. I really need this ADSL line to be installed immediately as very urgent, The service that I received is really very bad.
