I've taken a loan about a month back, which I needed bank statements, upon reviewing my statements I see that an mtn contract has been deducting money from my account. Upon furthur investigation an account was open in 2011 n money has been coming out ever since. I contacted the store inwhich my accoun was open and the manager wasn't helpful and wasn't given feedback. After speaking to the area manager, its my fault that I left thhis for solong and he can't promise me a credit note or my money back. Its an aaprox R20000 owed to me. I hardly ever print bank statements neither do I have sms notification, until recently. I want to be reimburst before the media gets all the details. This is just absurd. The funny thing is, I went to take out a contract at the store but I then declined the offer as I got a better deal else where. So did the staff process this without me being there or what? How many other people have fallen victim to this. What happen to customers details being confidential??? Very poor and disgusting!
