I started my 24 month contract with MTN in August 2011. They posted the 2 first statements and then nothing. They asked if I wanted to have them emailed and I said yes please. Again nothing. So now when the tax season is around and I ask for the statements they tell me they will charge me /- R17 for every print out because they have already been sent to me!!! Really?? Then they give me another option to log into [URL Removed] and manage my own account where I will find all my statements. I log in and yes there they are but only for a year back which means I'm still missing 4 months of statements from last year.
Really bad service! Very unattainable information!
