Since MWeb changed their support number to a VOIP Number the service is very poor. I have been struggling to get support as I either can't get through on the VOIP Number (error tone) or it cuts me off during call when discussing the problem. This is not the first time either. What do I do know? E-Mail support takes forever to even get a response. I use my ADSL for business and need to be able to log calls.
