Deducted money and not even a client
Since November last year Cell C been deducting money out of my bank account and I don't have an account with them. I called the Cell C to report the issue and they referred me to their legal department which they confirmed (after several call I had made) my bank account details are on some else account. I was then told they have to investigate why my banking details are on that account, never heard of them again. Saturday 30/03/2013 R2400 was deducted out of my account again so I went into Cell C store to find out a lady in Johannesburg who's contract it is using my banking details. I took the ladies no but her phone was inactive.
This indicate that Cell C doesn't ask clients bank statements which means they allowing.
Im not getting any response from Cell C and i dont know how they opperate and how many people they doing the same thing too.
