Quite embarassing

I was at Carlton Centre on Monday because I needed my bank statements. When I got there, there was only 2 or three people working at the time, doing everything, pulling statements and also assisting with personal queries.

The line was so long in the sense we kept on being told to move up on sofas. I came in there at 09:50 am and only left the bank at 10:44 am. I made a suggestion to the gentleman who greets people and ask them what they've come to do in the bank, I said to him because of the people in line had come to do statements why don't they get someone to only do the statements so things can move quickly, he said he will find out for me, he can ba ck and asked that I be patient, in that time there was now only two people on the counter.

The branch Manager was there in her office at the time. Well I finally got to the counter where I was attended by someone who obviously had woken on the wrong side of the bed. He asked for my ID, I gave it to him, he said he had printed my statement I must wait aside, he wants to print for the other people as well, now bare in mind the other time I have to wait again and when he finally stood up to go get the statements, mine wasn't de
