My Mom saw that Hollard was deducting money out of her account in 2011. three different deductions every month different amounts. she contacted hollard and they said according to her id there is nothing on their system. the people there asked that she must send 3 months bank statements so they can see whats going on. eventually Nkateko from hollard phoned to say he picked up that hollard was deducting money since 2010. he said we must email him the statements so he can see what he can do for her. we emailed it to him but his email address seemed to be full. i then contacted the info side of hollard to ask for an fax NR. they send an email to nkateko to tell him to email me but i haven't heard anything yet and they still deducting money from her account.
