Billing incorrect

This charge of R70.00 that u wanna charge and take off from my Bank Account for returned Debit Orders, why?? I did send a mail to Cell C in May '13 when I opened my new bank account and called Cell C to advise a consultant in June of new bank details, they advised that I pay the amounts in cash and the Debit orders will come off my new bank account from July '13.

If Cell C continues with all this threatening of suspending my account due to ur inefficiencies and, I will stop all debit Orders..I will refrain from paying any instalments, u can then take me to court but I have my story straight and clear conscience and proof that I did advise Cell C of my new bank details. U people are becoming too much now and ur inefficiencies causing such.
