I have 2 data contracts with Cell C. The debit orders have been deducted, but my service is not connected, I had data left over from last month that I did not use & now that is gone. I have tried phoning several times, but I never get through to anyone. Besides that, I have tried to do number portability from my other contract over to Cell C more than 2 months ago (on their website), NOBODY has ever contacted me for that.
