I AM MTNSP CONTRACT SUBSCRIBER.FEW WEEKS BACK I GOT AN SMS WITH AN INTERNET LINK SAYING THAT THERE IS A PICTURE FOR ME.AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SMS IT SAID THAT ITS A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE SO I DELETED THE SMS. THE FOLLOWING WEEK ALL MY AIRTIME WAS GONE.I GOT ANOTHER SMS SAYING THAT I MUST RECHARGE BECAUSE I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO THE VERY SAME PEOPLE THAT SENT ME AN SMS. I ALSO TRIED TO PHONE THE LANDLINE NUMBER TO CANCEL THE SUBCRIPTIONI, IT DOESNT WORK. THEN PHONE MTNSP @ 808 THEY DID NOT ANSWER.FEW DAYS AFTER I RECHARGE WITH R15, THE FOLLOWING DAY GONE. PHONE MTNSP NO ANSWER.MTN IS TAKING ITS CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED.THEY DONT VERYIFY WHETHER I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO A PARTICULAR SERVICE.HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS BUT NOTHING IS BEING DONE.I HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM LAST YEAR ON MY OTHER NUMBER WHERE R 95 WAS BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY AIRTIME AND I'VE HAD TO PHONE THEM 4 TIMES TO GET THE MATTER RESOLVED.WHEN MY CONTRACTS EXPIRE I WANT OUT. IM DONE WITH MTN.
