MTN SP has charged me additional charges called "content charges" I have not given anyone authorisation to do this. MTN says that I subscribed to a company called [URL Removed] I do not know of such company and I did not subscribe. MTNsp says I must phone [URL Removed] and sort it out. This is not acceptable to me.
I want a refund from MTNsp from all the months that MTNsp has deducted from me.
How can MTNsp deal with companies that money, as MTNsp deducts from me, and pays the money to [URL Removed]!!!
