VODACOM terminated my service

I had vodacom contract expiring early April. my contract included BIS. 30 April 2013, my BIS service was terminated without informing me, but my contract was still running. When i enquired i was told BIS was their service special to me which end on this day but as for my contract i need to give a 1 month notice, the term for the BIS and contract was the same. For them to open the BIS service i need to pay R60 at the end of May since i am still on contract i cannot even purchase it on prepaid. i then requested that they activate it and I give a 1 month notice that i was told it is required to terminate the contract. My contract was to end 31 May 2013. However my contract was terminated on 30th May come the mid night going to 31 Mayi had no service at all. I called vodacom i was told they will help me, someone will call me back to resolve the matter nothing has happened so far. I have been mailing Mr. Fortuin who is the senior manager that i spoke to on 31st May 2013, he kept on saying someone will give me a call. None has contacted me today is 1 July 2013. they have deducted full premiums on 1 June and now 1July why do i pay for service that i did not receive?
