CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT 0820400572

On 5th Aug 2013 i phoned Vodacom to give notice that they must cancel my contract that expierd on the 4th Sept 2013.They send me sms that the contract will be cancelled on the 4th Sept and i must use all free minutes because it will be lost.
On 4th Sept the line was still open so on the 6th i phone again they send me sms during morning of 7 Sept the line will be closed. Monday the 9 Sept line still open phone again they told me a system fault they can cancel the contract on 30 Sept 2013, but i still need to pay for Sept.
So now my contract go for 25 moths instead of 24 after i give them notice to cancel contract.(Consumer act also stated they must give notice 40 days before your contract expires if you want to go on or cancel it, they never let me notify)
Also i received on 7 Sept a sms from vodacom stating that on my request the contract will no longer be cancelled on the 4th, i have never requested that, i only request that it must be cancelled.

I have no problem to pay contract up to 4Sept because i'm under contract but from the 5th i will not be liable for any cost because i'm not under contract anymore.
