Billing on contract expired and terminated

One of my Vodacom accounts (an internet contract) expired late last year, and I gave notice that the contract was to be terminated, which Vodacom acknowledged in wrting, would happen at the end of Dec 2012. But come Jan and Feb 2013, they continued to deduct R220 per month, in violation of the contract termination notice. On 10Feb 2013 I contacted the 0821958 number, and Vodacom undertook to reimburse the money deducted illegally, plus interest. The money was supposed to have been refunded within 14 days, which was by 24 Feb 2013. It is now 10 March 2013 (a full month later), and I am still waiting for the money to be refunded that Vodacom deducted illegally. This constitutes by Vodacom.
