PROBLEMS WITH NETWORK AND SERVICE PROVIDER ALTECH

On the 7/4/13 I upgraded my contract with aoutopage and ported my number to cellc new contract is R511 for the Samsung galaxy S3.from the 9/4/13 I have been experiencing network coverage problems spoke to summayya twice asked me to call the technical department, was assissted by antonette who put me through to shane a technician he said that due to lack of network coverage he could not assist me and that I should go back to autopage customer service spoke marriane who forgot to put my cell number on complaint and the scond time forgot to put my address.my complained was not attended to although I was promised a turn around time of 10 working days.i went back to the store on sun 26/5/13 spoke to Chantal who gave me a sim adapter which didn't work an the ff ref nos: TT#796762 & TT#1783855 cellc called on Thurs 30/5/13 olgar asked me to change setting on hanset while she was on the fone with me, still not working she advised me to go back to autopage as there was no network coverage and 3G service in my area spoke to Chantal again on fri 31/5/13 said she will speak to her manager and come back to me.my prob still hasn't been solved, although I am paying for the last 4 months!!!
