Contract no phone no connection

I was informed by Vodacom my Talk 500 contract will be terminated at 31 July 2013
I organized my paperwork with Autopage George already in June. Their service on observation was also very good and friendly. Vodacom terminated my contract on 1.56 am on the morning of 31 July 2013 Thus leaving me without the necessary cell phone service for the 31st. I drove an hour and a half to Autopage George to finalize my paperwork which was already there and make sure everything will be correct and transition smooth. They told me no problem and I signed the final contract and thus committing myself to Autopage Vodacom. They promised me at the longest a 24hr delay. Today Autopage told me my contract was rejected by Head office. After three quarters of an hour on the Vodacom helpline and 4 different people sending me to different departments I ended up with Keisha. She informed me after another delay that I must go into George again and do the application again. I informed her that that was impossible and that she must herself or somebody else (manager) to send an email to Autopage to inform that what actions to
