My Contract was due for expiry on 7 Jul 13, as per VODACOM cancellation needs to be instructed 30 days before expiry. I did this in time AND REQUESTED TO GO TO PREPAID, was told that the contract cant be cancelled at 7 Jul 13 only on 31 July. MY QUESTION IS WHY DO THEY CHARGE YOU PRO RATA AT THE START OF THE CONTRACT? I AM STILL WAITING FOR VODACOM TO CALL ME TO EXPLAIN. My BIS service has been terminated as of last night (30 June 13), when I query it I AM TOLD TO REACTIVATE MY CONTRACT SO MY BIS CAN WORK. Why does the BIS get cancelled before expiry and the contract cannot be cancelled and put to prepaid on expiry date? VODACOM JUST WANTS TO ROB ME AND TAKE MY MONEY, BUT CANT DELIVER ON SERVICE... The call centre transfers you from pillar to post and managers do not CALL YOU BACK.
