So I logged a complaint. MTN acknowledged the complaint on Hello Peter- but since then (3 weeks later)- still nothing!!! In Fact other than the Hello Peter reply- I received nothing from them either by email or telephone call and one would assume they have my number right? Latest HP response 31 May 2013 "Hello merlen,

I have subsequently also phoned in and was told that MTN Business would return my call. I still wait for that to happen too. What happened to good old customer service where you promise something to your customer and you deliver on that promise?
