Total disregard for customers

After complaining on hello peter on the 16 July regarding the progress of a contract this was the prompt response and reassurance i was given :-
"Please accept our apologies for the break down in service at one of our touch points and for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate the time and the effort you took to air your dissatisfaction because it is through such feedback that we can re-evaluate our processes in order to improve on our Service levels.
Kindly note that the matter has been escalated to the Corporate Division for urgent assistance.
We sincerely hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.

It is now the 24 July 2013, more than a week later and still no response. So much for "restoring faith in us"
Really demonstrates the high level of incompetence the company is plagued with. The decline in customer service is scary. Total disregard for assisting customers. Really upset as this is not the mtn i have been a customer of for the last 7 years. Ive called the call center again twice after the hello peter post. Guess what "sorry sir our systems are down, I promise to call you back" PLS INVESTIGATE CORPORATE CALL CENTER
