Still no feedback from MTN

This will be the 5th notice to MTN regarding my complaint on my billing. This happened in April already and after contacting them and complained here at hallo peter, still no response. They gave this response within a day of my complaint, even with a reference number, but still no response:

We are sorry to have disappointed you with our service and would like to assure you that we do strive to provide the best service at all times.

The matter has been escalated to the billing team for urgent attention. They will investigate and revert to you with feedback and a way forward.

We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating and hope we can restore your faith in us.

I am not even frustrated anymore... I know they don't need my business, but this is a matter of principal...
