Repudiation of a claim

Mrs E Finch is a client with Nashua for many years and the business cell account is with Nashua as well. She did a contract and got a blackberry torch9900. Sometime in June 2013 the phone dropped and the screen broke. She took the phone into Nashua Rustenburg to be sent for repairs on the 18 June 2013. Apparently the phone was sent back to the branch on the 28th June 2013 and the branch sent it back irreparable and asked Mrs finch to submit a claim for as the phone is on insurance which she did. On 01 August 2013 we spoke to the insurance department who said the phone is lying in the insurance box or file or whatever and Mrs Finch must fill out a new form which she did and the answer was it is repudiated as the number the phone was using was not the same as the number the contract is. The phone is still the phone issued on the contract, the same handset, never been changed but they are not going to help the client. She is now going to cancel the contract as well as terminate the business contract with Nashua. Had anyone phoned her and discussed this she might have understood. But after 2 months of no contact, they mail her and say no. Not on. Not service expected from Nashua!!
