A package was sent to me, it seems the sender gave them an incorrect address. On Monday late afternoon, I got a call and I told them they had an incorrect address and I was told I would be contacted to get the correct address. I was called only late Tuesday afternoon to get the correct address (why this had to take 24hrs I fail to understand). I gave them the correct address and I was told the package would be delivered on Thursday since Wednesday was a holiday. Come Thursday I sat around the house the whole day and nobody showed or even bothered to call. This morning there was still nothing so I pick up the phone and ask what is going on and I'm told that my package is still in Pretoria and it was not put down for delivery yesterday. I wonder then had I not called then I would have heard anything from the company and my package would have just sat in their storage. I am now told that the package can only be delivered on Monday... THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! How long does it take to drive from Pretoria to Johannesburg?? Now I must wait over the weekend for a package that's been sitting in Pretoria since Monday. Definitely wouldn't recommend you or even bother using you in future.
