On Wednesday, 16 Jan 2013, at around 14:00 I received a call from a RAM agent confirming delivery for that afternoon. In the words of the agent "the driver is already in Stellenbosch".
- at around 16:30 I phoned RAM to find out where the agent was. The person I spoke to (it sounded like a receptionist, because nobody answered the call centre number), said that someone will phone me back. That did not happen. I left at 17:45 - no delivery
- I phoned on Thursday (17 Jan) to arrange for an alternative delivery date & arranged for delivery between 13:00 and 15:00 on Friday.
- At 16:00 on Friday, I phoned to find where the package is - again I could not get a call center agent and again the receptionist promised to get someone to phone me back. It did not happen, nor the delivery (i left at 16:45)
- Monday 21 Jan, 9am. Phoned and got through to an agent that said that "the package is already booked out and on its way" & that the agent responsible for this delivery will call me.
- surprise surprise! NO CALL, NO DELIVERY
- 13:00 21 Jan. I called and after holding on for >10min, am now told "we dont do home deliveries on Monday".
- delivery arranged for tomorrow - yeah, right!
