I went into the store to upgrade from a Blackberry to an iphone 5 as my contract with my Blackberry was up for renewel.
I got the iphone 5 and the talk 500 which is more suitable to the iphone. Then a month later on receiving my bill, I realised that the sales consultant who did my upgrade never cancelled my BB contract and sms bundle so I landed up paying for two.
I then phoned and spoke to a manager Mary, who promised to find out who my sales consultant was and amend the problem. She promised to have this done for me by 2pm that day and phone me back. She never called back so the next morning I phoned her and she still didn't have an anwser and promised to call me back.
It have been 3 weeks and still no word from her. Luckily my husband told me that I could manage my own vodacom account online, which I did and now only pay for my iphone contract.
No thanks to them - and I have lost that money which I paid for two contracts!!!
