Taking advantage of Consumers

I upgraded from my Blackberry to Iphone in March 2013 at Vodacom Menlyn, I was charged untill now for the Blackberry BIS monthly costs because when I upgraded they did not remove it from my account, but I upgraded to Iphone and even changed my contract to an Iphone contract??? Now they do not want to give my money back and the worst part is I have to pay for July as well as they now say I can only cancel BIS on month end. How can you pay Blackberry BIS on an Iphone contract???

I don't understand when I upgrade with Vodacom to an Iphone, how they can just keep on charging Blackberry costs as I even had to do a Sim swop in store.

I personally think they take advantage of consumers by keeping the BIS service activated and hopefully the customer does not realize it for a few months! Nice Vodacom!!!
