Really bad UPGRADE service from Vodacom

Upgraded two phones on 20 Nov. Blackberry and Iphone 5S. Blackberry was promised to be delivered on 22 Nov 2013. No delivery, only delivered on the 25 Nov, but delivered the wrong phone. Phoned immediately but Vodacom could not/would not put in effort to reroute the truck back to the house. Vodacom PROMISED to pick it up next day (26 Nov) but now on 27 Nov, no pick up, no correct phone and very poor consumer service from VODACOM. Been phoning between RAM and VODACOM all morning and still no answer. Update: The request has not yet been generated will only be generated tomorrow according to the latest person we are spaeking to!!!

Iphone requested was a silver one, black one was delivered.

We have at least 7/8 contracts with Vodacom, Ipad, MAC Laptop, thee data contracts and always we have stayed with VODACOM but now that is not so easy any more due to the extreme bad service experienced.
