I preordered the new iphone online, I was then told a upgrade was done on my contract. I sent an affadavit to the department. I got a call from then to say the upgrade has been reversed. I then went ahead and ordered the new iphone 5s online. I got a call, went through all the things to get the upgrade done, which plan etc..., then I was suddenly told I cannot get the upgrade due to the upgrade. The lady said that it says it has been reversed, but for some reason she cannot go ahead with the upgrade. She phoned me back later and said that she will look into it and someone will contact me. 4 days later, still nothing. So then I phone the upgrade department- they say the upgrade has been reversed but they don't have anymore iphone 5s in stock!!! I preordered it, but due to their fault I could not upgrade!!! Then they said I should phone the online upgrade number, which I did, and they tell me the upgrade has not been reversed so they cannot help me, I should phone the upgrade department!!! I don't know how many times I have phoned the different departments!!! They better make sure I get the new iphone 5s soon!!!
