IPhone 5 (16gig) a no show

On or about 8/01/13 I contacted Cell C in the hope of doing 2 different transactions.
The first was to upgrade my contract after 2 years from Blackberry 9300 to an iPhone 4s (32gig) on the straight up 200 package. All is well upgrade was successful and I received the phone about 3 days later. Thank you.
Then on that same day after completing the upgrade transaction I applied for a new line, for the exact same phone, everything was approved and I was promised by the sales consultant that I would receive the phone within 7-10 working days. Once the phone was delivered I was dissapointed to find that it was the incorrect package! It was sent back via courier to Cell C the very next day. After several phone calls in the days that followed eventually I was promised that I would receive my phone, only to be told weeks later by Cell C consultants they will no longer be receiving stock of the 4s but that I could choose to take the iPhone 5 (16gig) which would be arriving 2 weeks later. It is now 14 February 2013 and I have still not received my phone after being promised that stock would be arriving today, I called today only to be told there is STILL no stock! I JUST WANT MY PHONE!!!
