MTN Morningside upgrade nightmare

O I upgraded from the blackberry to the iPhone 5 on the 01st November;
o I had asked the sales person when the iPhone 5s will be launched & she had indicated next year some time so I upgraded to the iPhone 5;
o 2 weeks later MTN launches the iPhone 5s & c;
o I went into the store & explained the problem to another sales person;
o He then explained it to the manager...
o I was advised that MTN could take the iPhone in & log it as a repair & it would take 7-14 days for me to get a further upgrade OR I could take it to the MTN repair store, get the docket from them & I will be able to get a further upgrade...
o It is now almost 13days later & now, after several emails later they tell me that I cannot get the iPhone 5s - I cannot understand why MTN cannot replace the iPhone 5 with the iPhone 5s as I got the warranty replacement - it should be a swap of the devices - should it not???
