I upgraded from a Blackberry to an iPhone contract in October 2012, on upgrading I asked that all Blackberry charges would be stopped once the iPhone contract was activate, this was assured to me by the sales agent. Looking at my bill I see that I am still being charged for this service. Vodacom Call centre were great in having this deactivated, but I now want a full reversal of these charges as this amounts to as I am being charged for a service that I am not recieving! Why on earth would I need Blackberry BIS when I'm on an iPhone contract!!
