I went to a vodacom store to get a quotation for my contract cancellations, none of the guys were able to assist (I mean why the is it called Custom Service). They asked to call the number 1958 for contract cancellations, I waited 40 minutes on the line for someone to just tell me that I cant get my quote today Im only gonna get it on the 5th. This is insane
