23/12/2012 I requested a cancellation quotation from vodacom cancellations department (082 1958) in order to cancel my existing vodacom contract. I received the quote and paid the amount and immediately sent the proof of payment as well as the signed cancellations quotation to the fax number provided on the quotation. I called 082 1958 on 25/12/2012 and they confirmed that they had received the proof of payment as well as the signed cancellations quotation as well as the money that I paid. January 2013 my account was debited and on I called 082 1958 and they denied receiving any documents from me. I then resent the proof of payment and the cancellations quotation. on 15/02/2013 I received confirmation email from Moenier de Vries that they contract was cancelled "with immediate effect" on 20/02/2013 I was debited R433 from my account. I would like vodacom to stop debiting my account, and pay back all the money that was debited after I had paid the cancellation amount. because any further debits in my account are continued harassment from vodacom.
