So Frustrating!!!

Every time I call Cell C, i am put on hold for ages and then put through to the wrong department, My boyfriend and I have just taken out a new cell phone contract with Cell C and are paying alot each month for these contracts, we have absolutely no signal at home, when people call it goes to voice mail, we can not go onto the internet or receive messages, so in my eyes this contract is waste of money - I try calling to see if there is anything they can help me with like a signal booster. i get put through to 7 different people one of which had no idea what i was talking about and put me on hold again, I am so frustrated and want to cancel my contract as we had no problems with Vodacom and they at least answered the calls and put you through to the correct person 1st time!
