I have been trying to call Vodacom's Cancellations line 082 1958 to check on the status of my subscription cancellation. The first call required 48 minutes to be answered, and a follow up call was cut off after 58 minutes!!!
I am cancelling my conctracts with Vodacom as I am aggravated by the general disdain that the company has for its customers, as well as the high prices that it is charging for its services.
Following my experience of cancelling my subscription, I will never do business with Vodacom again. I find it completely unacceptable that Vodacom treats outgoing customers like this! I am incredibly angry.
At one point I would have considered upgrading my contract with Vodacom, but now I will actively avoid any contact with Vodacom.
Any response from Vodacom? I would like to know if my cancellations have been carried out, but cannot confirm this.
